Related system → Ecommerce Operations Automation

Strategy & Execution

Built the complete ecommerce operating system — storefront, people and process model, payment partners, 3PL integration — not just a Shopify launch.

Assigned ownership across teams and partners, then trained and tested the model in live operations.

Automated the order-to-dispatch workflow end to end using the Shopify API and Python, leaving packaging as the primary manual step.

Built the platform, operating model and automation layer required to scale Revlon Sri Lanka’s ecommerce business.

SEARCH & SHOPPING · SOUTH KOREA

Stabilizing ROAS through inventory-led media planning.

Jun 2020–Aug 2022 · Performance Marketing Manager

Client: YSL Beauty / L’Oréal Luxe · Agency: JBridge

Objective

Protect ROAS while managing recurring supply constraints across YSL Beauty Korea’s highest-selling products.

My Responsibilities

  • Inventory-led media planning
  • Product-level budget allocation
  • Stock-runway forecasting
  • Demand management
  • Search & Shopping strategy
  • Performance analysis

Strategy & Execution

Hero products faced recurring supply constraints as imported inventory fell short of planned volumes.

Built a stock-sharing process with the client, combining inventory, sales velocity and campaign performance into product-level stock-runway forecasts.

Paced demand instead of maximizing short-term sales — shifting spend away from constrained products and toward better-stocked ones.

Used media investment to actively manage demand against available inventory.

GLOBAL AWARENESS · GLOBAL

Fixing the click-to-visit gap in LG’s virtual CES campaign.

2021–2022 · Performance Marketing Manager

Client: LG Electronics · Agency: JBridge

Objective

Maximize qualified traffic to LG’s virtual CES exhibitions within a high-spend, two-month global campaign.

My Responsibilities

  • Global media strategy
  • Traffic-quality analysis
  • Manual optimization
  • Budget allocation
  • Audience refinement
  • Analytics and reporting

Strategy & Execution

LG’s fully virtual CES campaign carried an approximately $2M budget across three verticals and multiple countries — a two-month window that made waiting for platform learning costly.

Early data showed a large gap between ad clicks and actual site visits: the heavy virtual-exhibition experience was causing users to abandon before the site loaded.

Shifted optimization from click volume to successful site arrival — analyzing performance by market, city, device, audience and time of day.

Manual, hands-on optimization was critical given the short window and high daily spend; redirected budget toward segments most likely to complete the visit.

Diagnosed the click-to-visit gap and rebuilt targeting around traffic quality.

Strategy & Execution

LG Business Solutions operated across markets with materially different demand, competition and lead potential.

The strategic question was where global investment should expand, contract or shift — not how to tune individual campaigns.

Built a common performance framework and a single Google Data Studio reporting system to compare opportunity and lead efficiency across countries.

Built a market-prioritization framework to direct B2B media investment toward countries with the strongest demand and lead potential.

The common thread: solve the commercial
problem, not just the media brief.

Across markets and categories, my work has focused on diagnosing commercial problems, designing practical systems and using data to direct better decisions.
